ABSTRACT
Since its inception, Health Research in Africa (HRA) has been committed to publishing high-quality health research addressing the most pressing challenges facing African health systems. Our name reflects our roots and our primary focus—but it has never been intended to limit our vision. Today, we are pleased to announce a significant evolution in our editorial policy: HRA is now explicitly open to high-quality submissions from all regions of the world, provided the research addresses health challenges relevant to low- and middle-income countries.
